  • 0.1 grams of Psilocybe mushroom (usually Psilocybe cubensis)

  • 5-20 grams of whole or powdered Lion’s Mane OR 50-200mg of Lion’s Mane extract

  • 75-200 mg of Niacin (Vitamin B3)
